| The purpose of this book is to identify and clarify credibility factors as well as problem areas of multicultural mission teams. Further, based on widely gathered information and. twenty-five years of experience working in multicultural teams, [the author wishes] to offer concrete points of action for mission executives, team leaders and missionaries in multi-cultural teams.
