WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST?
Unless the reason for loss appears to be the customer's fault (e.g., incorrect address, etc.), we will resend your materials.
USA: If shipments are "lost in the mail" (very! seldom), we will resend item(s) in most cases after two weeks have passed. Non-USA: Because Postal transit times and customs processing procedures are beyond our control and delays DO occur with international shipments, we will accept a loss and resend your order in most cases after 35 days have passed.
WHERE IS THE DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT I JUST ORDERED?
Please return to WorldChristian.com (within 48 hours) and log in, if you are not already logged in. Go to "My Account" and find that particular order in your order history section. There you will find a 'click here to download' link. The file will download to your computer; you will need to take note of where (or know the location) on your harddisk the file downloads to (or by default typically downloads to).
I CANNOT CHECK OUT BECAUSE I FORGOT MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD!?
Are you definitely sure that you have previously created an account? Our system gives you the option to place an order with and without having an account (except for "downloadable products," to purchase these, you have to create an account, and be logged in). Just because you have previously ordered something in our online store, does not indicate whether you created an account at the time.
